How to apply for certificate
This guide helps you apply for a diving certificate step-by-step, from selecting the certificate to completing payment.

Follow these clear instructions to submit your application efficiently and accurately.
Navigate to the side bar on your profile and select the 'Certificates' section to begin your certificate application process.
Within the Certificates area, choose 'Certificate applications' to apply for certificate.
Initiate a new certificate request by clicking on 'Apply for certificate'.
At the moment only ADCI certificate application is available.
Click the dropdown to select certificate which you want to request.
Select the desired certificate type, such as 'Mixed Gas Diver', noting the price and validity period.
Advance to the next step by clicking the 'Next' button after choosing your certificate.
Fill all mandatory fields in order to be able to submit request:
If some mandatory date is not pre-populated from your profile you will be requested to fill it as well:
Click the file upload area labeled 'Click here or drag & drop file(s)' to add photo for certificate.
Upload the required file(s) by selecting them from your device storage.
If you do not want to use "Expedite" option keep it as it's already preselected - "No".
Choose the expedite service option if you want faster processing:
Click "I want my certificate to be 'Internationally endorsed'" if you want your certificate recognized globally.
Click "I hereby authorize the release and sharing of all my dive logs, course completion diplomas/certificates, and employment history with authorized personnel of the Association of Diving Contractors..." to allow sharing of your dive logs and related documents.
Authorization statement is mandatory to be selected in order your request to be processed.
Submit your completed application form by clicking the 'Submit' button.
After submitting you will be redirected to the payment gateway page (Stripe) to continue entering payment details securely.
Fill all required fields:
Click pay and return to the certificate application platform after completing payment.
Close any confirmation dialogs or pop-ups to complete the process.
Click "Ok, close" to verify that your application submission is complete and await further instructions via email.
