When you start identity verification, you’re redirected from SND to Persona’s secure environment. The process is designed to be quick, intuitive, and fully privacy-compliant:

• Start the Verification

  You’ll be guided through Persona’s secure flow.

• Submit Your ID

  Choose the country that issued your document and upload a valid ID such as a passport, driver’s license, or national ID card. You can do this easily from your computer or mobile device.

• Facial and Document Checks

  Persona verifies that your submitted document is authentic and that your selfie matches the photo on your ID. This prevents identity fraud or impersonation.

• Automated and Manual Review

  Persona’s system automatically reviews the data. In some cases, the verification may require a brief manual review to ensure accuracy.

• Verification Result

Users who are not yet verified remain in “restricted” mode, which limits access to certain professional or verified-only features.

• Only essential verification results (e.g., verified, declined) are stored in SND’s system to manage your profile access.
