We collect email addresses to create and manage user accounts, facilitate communication, and provide a personalised experience within our web application. Email addresses are used to verify user identity during account creation and login, send account-related notifications, and recover lost passwords.We use email addresses to communicate important updates, respond to user inquiries, and send notifications about changes to our services

We store the usage data inside an encrypted database, inaccessible from the internet. We utilise server hosting in Switzerland and in Germany, depending on the user’s location.

How Long is the Data Retained?
Usage data is kept for 9 months. No other data is kept.

Access and Update Your Information:
Our services allow you to find certain information about you from within Skill n Depth. For example, you can search for your name in the tool to find information from the various data sources that we index.

5. User Rights

What Rights Do Users Have Regarding Their Data?
You have the right to object to our use of your information, to request the deletion or restriction of your information. If you no longer wish to use our services, you will be able to deactivate or delete your account. If you are unable to delete or deactivate your account through your account settings, please contact us through email or the product feedback feature. If you deactivate your account, your information remains but will not be visible to other users. If you delete your account, all your data will be deleted and will no longer be accessible.
