Skill N Depth had the pleasure of presenting its digital workforce management platform at the Panama Underwater Ship Husbandry Seminar and the ADCI Latin America and Caribbean Chapter Meeting, organized by the Association of Diving Contractors International and held under the patronage of the Panama Maritime Chamber.

During the event, Skill N Depth formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to support ADCI membership and the wider Latin American diving community with advanced digital tools that simplify, standardize, and strengthen workforce management across the industry.

The event provided a valuable opportunity to engage with regulators, contractors, and training institutions from across the region. We received strong feedback and a clear interest from industry stakeholders eager to join our platform and adopt digital systems for Diving & Marine personnel recordkeeping, certification tracking, and competence verification.

In the coming months, our focus will be on expanding access throughout Latin America, providing the industry with the tools needed to fully digitize diver data, streamline compliance, and improve visibility across projects and regions.

This collaboration represents a significant step toward modernizing how diving contractors, regulators, and training centers manage diver competence, medicals, and certifications - ensuring safer, more efficient, and transparent operations throughout the sector.
