Account & LoginGet started by creating and managing your account. Here’s how to log in, recover access, and update your details easily.
You can sign up using your desktop to visit app.skillndepth.comor download the app from Google Playor the Apple Store. Just follow the steps to enter your name, email, and set a password. You’ll also be asked to choose your role (e.g. diver, company, etc.).
Click “Forgot Password?” on the login screen. Enter your email and we’ll send you a link to reset it.
Yes! Your account works on both platforms. You can log in with the same email and password.
Yes. Go to your profile settings to update your login details at any time.
Go to your Account management section under your profile and click “Delete account”. After your confirmation all your data will be deleted.
Whether you're using the app at sea or on land, this section covers how to access and navigate the platform on mobile and web.
Yes! You can download it from the Apple Store(iOS) or Google Play(Android).
Some features like viewing your profile or dive logs may work offline. However, actions like uploading data or applying for jobs require an internet connection.
Go to your app store and check for updates. We recommend keeping the app updated for best performance.
We use your location for dive site tagging and your camera to let you upload certificates or profile pictures easily.

New to the platform? This section guides you through setting up your profile, uploading essential documents, and getting verified so you can confidently connect with diving projects and organizations worldwide.
Have your professional diving certifications, recent dive logs, company employment details, personal identification and profile picture ready to upload. Each item must be in PDF or JPEG format.
Currently, onboarding must be completed in English to ensure consistency and accuracy across all platform entries.
No, all questions are not necessary to complete the onboarding process and to enable access to the Skill N Depth platform. However, there are mandatory fields that need to be completed for verification of your profile.
Following sections should fulfilled in order your profile to be completed:
You can save your progress by selecting “Save and Log out.” Use your credentials to log in the app at a later time.
Your progress is saved every time you select "Save". If your session times out or you lose connection, return to the app to continue your onboarding from the last saved point.
The Skill N Depth uses Persona to provide a thorough identity verification process for its users. Verifying identities is a key part of maintaining the authenticity and security of user profiles, which allows users to access features like verified dive records and participation in projects. Persona verification will be enabled after your profile is completed.
Once submitted, you’ll have the option to download a PDF copy of your completed CV.
Manage and apply for professional certifications directly through your profile. This section explains how to start a new certificate request, provide the required information, and complete payment securely.
Go to your profile sidebar and click “Certificates”. In the Certificates area, select “Certificate applications” and then click “Apply for certificate.” Currently, only ADCI certificate applications are available. Use the dropdown to choose your desired certificate type (e.g., Mixed Gas Diver) and review the price and validity period.
You’ll need to provide your address details (street, city, state, zip code, country). If not already in your profile, you’ll also be asked for phone number and Driver’s license or National ID.
Yes. You can select from dropdown different expedite options.
After submitting your application, you’ll be redirected to Stripe. Enter your payment details (email, cardholder name, card number, expiration date, CVC code, billing country) and click Pay. Once successful, you’ll be redirected back to the platform.

In the Certificates section of your profile, click “Add certificate”. Select the certificate type, enter its details (issuing authority, issue date, expiration date), and upload a supporting document (scan or photo).
Yes. You can add as many certificates as needed.
Yes, certificates you have uploaded can be edited (e.g., updating expiration date or re-uploading proof). However, if a certificate has already been verified by an authority, editing is limited to preserve authenticity.

Yes. Select the expired certificate and follow the renewal instructions. Depending on the certificate type, you may need to upload updated documentation or reapply through the application process.
Log your dives, keep your records safe, and stay compliant. This section explains how to add, edit, and verify your diving history.
On the homepage click “Create a dive record” and add a dive historical dive record. Fill in the details like location, depth, date, and equipment used.
We’re working on integrations. For now, you can manually enter the details or upload a supporting file in the “Uploaded dive records” section under your profile.
Your dive supervisor or a company can verify your record. Verified dives show the level of verification. More details on verification details can be found on the link.
Yes, until it’s verified. After that, editing is restricted for authenticity.
Each dive record progresses through specific statuses, reflecting its journey from initial creation to final verification. More details on verification details can be found on the link.
Apply for projects, manage invitations, and understand how the hiring process works within the app.
Go to the Jobs or Projects section, select a job you like, and tap “Apply for a position”.
Only limited info is visible. Full profiles are shown once you apply or accept an invitation.
You’ll receive a notification and see the status in the project section.
It means you’ve been selected for a diving project. Your details and availability will be shared with the team.
